1. Inspection & Damaged Items
All products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage, including clear photos and supporting documentation. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used Candles: We do not accept returns or exchanges for candles that have been used or burned.
- Beauty Products: Due to health and hygiene reasons, all beauty products are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for any approved returns or exchanges.
